Carmen Mays-Gold
MSN, RN, has over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, nurse manager, and nurse educator. She received her BSN from Villanova University and her MSN in Nursing Education from Drexel University. Her areas of expertise include medical/surgical nursing, geriatrics, and nursing education.
She has worked with various hospital networks throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Carmen was also an adjunct faculty instructor, teaching Nursing at Gwyned Mercy College and at Bucks County Community College.
After having to place her mother-in-law in a long-term care nursing home, Carmen has been committed to finding a better solution to preserve the family connection, familiar surroundings, and daily routine that are so vital to the well-being of seniors.

J. Michael Gold
Executive Director
Has over 25 years of experience building and managing multi-site, multi-market service businesses. He has strategic and hands on experience buying and integrating over 40 service businesses. He received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Villanova University.
Mike’s expertise include: strategic planning, organizational design and structure, operational efficiency, service delivery excellence and client relationship management. Additionally he has developed a reputation for developing and creating a highly motivating workforce and a great employee work environment.
Over the course of his career Mike has developed strong client relationships in the Health Care, legal and insurance fields and hopes to leverage those relationships as part of his responsibility in overseeing the strategic management of the Company.
Has spent over 25 years developing direct business to business and referral relationships within Healthcare, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Legal and Financial Organizations. Ken’s approach has always been consultative in nature thereby providing his clients the opportunity to be heard and understood.
Ken has personal experience with the elderly and their care. His Grandmother lived the last few years of her life with Alzheimer’s, giving him first-hand experience with what families go through in coping with this very difficult disease. This is one of the reasons that Ken has such a joy for successfully providing the care that all elderly and disabled people need and deserve.
Ken’s focus is on the establishment and expansion of our referral network while implementing strategic business development initiatives.
